Our bulk rates are simple. For orders shipped to the continental USA, the cost, including Standard Shipping and handling, is $13.50 USD per book.

If you desire a faster shipping speed than Standard Shipping, please make that known in your Bulk Order Form, and the additional shipping cost will appear on your invoice.
